While at the Inn, you can browse through the many shelves of books for your reading pleasure, watch a video, take a pleasant peaceful walk through Gustavus, vist many galeries and art studios, pick  summer berries, go for a bike ride and walk along the beach, photograph the beautiful wildflowers or any other abundant wildlife you will spot.
You can also take advantage of free  naturalist led walks in Glacier Bay National Park in Bartlett Cove and enjoy the visitors center.
